UV Printing Machine

Today I am writing to share our new production line--UV printing machine and the performance it can deliver.
UV printing is a kind of printing non-contact with objects. It can be used in our metal badge, keyring, medal and acrylic plate etc.

The design stored in the computer connected to the UV printing machine can be printed onto our badge/keyring/medal etc neither film or screen necessary different from the traditional printing machines. Whether it is a single color pattern, full-color pattern or a pattern with excessive colors, it can be printed out at one time by CMYK colors, one machine performs multiple tasks.

The UV printing is, particularly, an ideal production process for complex patterns designated for badge or medal or keyfob etc to avoid some details deleted or modified if they are processed with the traditional techniques. The printing logo can be laid on colored or uncolored surface ,for example on soft enamel or new enamel or plain metal surface or even raised metal surface. The other merits are that the UV printing can reduce the cost and shorten the production time of the medal badge and keyrings etc.
