At first, we can dust off from the surface, and then polish leather keychain with same color shoe polish. Metal part of leather keychain should avoid getting in touch with sweat, because the sweat of the human body contains carbonate composition which will generate chemical reaction on metal plated coating of leather keychain, the metal plated coating will be corroded. To keep metallic luster, we can use a soft cloth to wipe metal plate on leather keychain.
