Soft enamel pins are filled with liquid enamel colors lower to the raised edges of metal, not completely flat like new enamel pins. So when you place your finger on the surface of the soft enamel pins there will be a "bumpy" feel.

The soft enamel pins must be baked in the oven to harden the enamel. But the rigidity of the soft enamel paint is still not as hard as hard enamel paint, don’t worry, we can add a layer of epoxy resin to the soft enamel pins to protect the enamel paint and give the enamel a smooth effect.
